MEC Run The Murals Series
We’re extremely proud to be teaming up with MEC for a multitude of events and initiatives at VMF. As you probably know, MEC’s new flagship location at Quebec and 2nd Ave is slated for a 2020 grand opening, cultivating an enormous and treasured presence for the Vancouver active and outdoor communities.
To start, we’ve collaborated to provide a creatively-inspiring, sweat-inducing Friday night on August 2nd for the inaugural MEC x VMF Run the Murals series. Our run leaders from Fraser Street Run Club are taking the 250+ registered attendees on a tour through the streets and alleyways of Mount Pleasant to discover all the coolest art, while getting their daily steps/cardio/fresh air. The curated 2km and 5km routes will be followed by an After Party at the VMF Gallery that will include food and drinks to refuel. This run is nearly booked out, don’t miss it, register now!

In the Family Zone you’ll find a cool place to chill, and finally, find their third location in bustling 7 ½ Lane along side alley parties such as the Collective Arts Beer Garden and Public Disco.
