The VMF Pop-Up Patio presented by Granville Island Brewing takes place next to the Holden Courage Memorial Graffiti Wall. The wall is re-painted annually at VMF in memory of Holden Courage, a local artist, to share joy and demonstrate the incredible skill of graffiti at VMF in the hopes of building better public understanding of this globally respected, yet often locally misunderstood art form. Holden’s family is pleased to continue his graffiti legacy through the Holden Courage Memorial Fund for artists.

We recognize that our event and murals are produced on the traditional unceded territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish) and səlil̓wətaʔɬ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) First Nations.
